Your Service Requests will be handled the Customer Relations Department. All definitive requests have to come in by email (or by hard copy mail if you like so). Of course you may call for Business Makers.

Before service delivery can start, a hard copy service contract has to be signed by both parties and be on our Service Desk.

A Pre-Customer Screening PCS is always part of the contract preparation. We screen on:
- Financial Liability and Solvability;
- Labour Ethics, rights, and fair payment; (UNDP)
- Legal and politic risk.
We are free to refuse service requests.

Our service contracts are based on time, expertise, and targets. Partly pre-payment at start or at reservation of the services is standard. After service delivery you will be asked to rate the quality of the business maker and the planning support.
